Terrier washed ashore on Simcoe.

This is an attempt as a fellow dog owner to find the family of a dog that washed up on my beach today. I live on the south shore of Kempenfelt Bay, just over the Innisfil border. Today a small terrier washed ashore and lodged itself between my beached row boat and the land. Though considerably heavier now due to water bloating, I would have put him living somewhere in the 15-20lbs range. It was a pointy-eared terrier, white with several large black spots, possibly a rat terrier, a wire fox terrier, or even a french bulldog/terrier cross [due to stoutness]. Based on the smell and condition of the dog I would guess it hasn’t been deceased for more than a week or two.

I just want to let this poor pooch’s family know that the last person to see his body wept for him, for his family and his memory and the love lost, and that he received a proper burial. I would love to be able to pass this onto the family, and possibly even let them know where they can visit. Feel free to message me if we can make a connection and I will pass on my contact information. Thank you so much for your time.
