Welcome to Beach1 Vacations, Riverfront Villa suite 2. Pass through the wrought iron gates and follow the sloping tiled path to your stone patio and enter into this 2 bedroom suit that faces north and looks out to the waters edge. The living room is spacious and offers a twin sofa bed and double futon to stretch out on while watching your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Up two steps to the raised kitchen you will find everything you need to fix super, including full sized fridge, oven, sink, cook and dinner wares. Four adults can be seated comfortably at the inlaid wooden table that, being round, serves perfectly as a card table. The king sized bed you will find in a room with a view of the Nottawasaga River. The second bedroom features a window, dresser, mirror and bed fit for a queen. The 4 pc bathroom has lots of counter space and a double wide mirror. Beyond your shaded private patio complete with BBQ, table and chairs is the lush gardens that offer a sense of privacy and an oxygen-rich environment for you to find one of several areas to soak up the suns rays or lounge by the rivers edge. There are several Muskoka chairs surrounding the fire pit where a bottle of wine and late-night conversation often create new friendships with other guests here at the Villa. Further shared, is a dock that will allow you to launch a fun filled day out on the water whether it be your own boat or with the use of nearby watercraft rentals.

Cottage #1 has an open concept design with a fully functional galley style kitchen. It offers four queen size beds, a futon in the living room that sleeps two, the convenience of two bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi bathtub for resting your beach warn body after a long day of play. Fresh Linens can be provided for you during your stay, which would include duvet cover, sheets, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, cloths for dishes. Our cottage comes with Rogers HD Cable TV, and High Speed Wifi access is available if you require. A Blue Ray Player rounds out your options for movie watching. Being in the heart of Beach Area 1 means your walk to the main beach and strip is very quick. Outdoor picnic tables and plenty of coloured Adirondack style chairs will serve your guests a place to relax while the provided BBQ is cooking up dinner.
