I know ticks are a regular occurrence but double check your pets and enjoy your hikes without any pesky visitors! Adding that it is a “deer tick” or black legged tick, which are the ones that can spread Lyme disease, so there is reason to check! Source

Edit-this has nothing to do with the photographer. It’s to the bystander recording me on a cellphone. I really don’t appreciate whoever was standing at the corner across from Cundles heights recording me crying and watching my house as well as everything I own burn down. Time and place. On a positive note someone across the street came out with sweaters so I wasn’t standing out in the rain half naked after barely getting out of my house with my roomates child. huge fire at Hurst and Kingsridge across from Circle K. Looks like both cars are completely destroyed and the garage hopefully not the house but it’s a huge fire and I’m pretty sure it would’ve destroyed the house as well … Hopefully not though cause what a shame 😔 Source
