So I live by the fence between timmys on bayfield and glenwood and I'm wondering if anyone knows do I call the city about the fence or is the fence the stores property im asking as the fence fell down last night into the parking lot and not sure if I call the city or not Source

There is a robin sitting injured in the middle of the road right about where the marker is. He has a little bird friend flying around him trying to help him. I feel terrible, but I didn’t have time to stop or I would be late for work. If anyone is nearby and able to at least move him off the road I’m sure he would appreciate it. 🙏🏼 Source
