A bit of a reach but does anyone know someone who wears a hat like this?
One of my neighbors chased someone off my front porch who was snooping around our home. This was the hat he was wearing.
Vague description, white male. Wearing a grey shirt, shorts and had a black baggy of some sort.
Approx 6:00pm north end Barrie.
