They are asking not to feed him as they have traps out and want the fox to go to them. They are trying to establish his path/route please if you see this one frequently reach out so they can get it the help it needs and out of danger. Edit: this post for for people walking small pets or having kids outside, i didnt want them to be hurt. I have spoken to Procon they are trying to catch and help him out.
