Not sure if anyone could help out but I found this bird (not sure what kind of bird it is) poor guys wing seems to be hurt! I tried calling wildlife rescue centres and they were all full except for one place called shades of hope they said if you could catch him and put him in a box and keep him over night and bring him in the morning they would take him in. I feel so bad I want to help but I cant keep him in my room I have two cats, and also no way to bring him in to the rescue place ! 😞 if anyone could help him out he’s in the old navy and zhers parking lot on bayfield street!! Around 9 pm last night my family including child were startled by a huge bang

Around 9 pm last night my family including child were startled by a huge bang by our front door. We quickly jumped . Our child was extremely terrified..screaming and crying (toddler). As our child I believe seen someone but but we looked and there was nobody around so we continued on with our evening. This morning as my partner left for work he noticed that somebody had actually attempted to kick in our front door!!!..they would have opened the screen door first to do this.... It's off its hinges. Were a little shookin up knowing someone may have attempted to break into our home. We are wondering if this has happened to anyone else in the area.. Grove/Peel. We are are a normal family and can't think of anyone who would do this or why we would be a target for anything like this. Source

Hello everyone, my daughter is in summer school at Terry Fox Elementary School.

Hello everyone, my daughter is in summer school at Terry Fox Elementary School. There is a young fox that is here everyday. He has mange. The school has called the city and no one has come. I called Procyon but this poor baby is running in the streets and I’m so worried. He is here everyday. Usually in the bushes and trees in front of the school or the field in front of the community Center right next door. Can anyone help or point me in the direction of someone who can. Source

Essa and Athabaska area. Just a reminder to keep your car doors locked at all times. My doors were locked so fortunately they could not get in but they did damage trying to get in. I would recommend taking any garage door openers out if your cars as well if not needed. Just in case they do get in, they can steel the openers and come into your home at a later date Picture added of what my handle was like. They used a special tool so they know what they are doing.
