On Wednesday June 26th at about 6:45 pm I had a slip and fall in the parking lot of the Food Basics on Essa Road. I was grabbing a few quick items while my mother-in-law was visiting from out of town. My wallet and phone flew out of my hands and was out of my reach. I was flat on my stomach and could not move. My ankle was severely injured, and I was certain it was broken due to the pain I was experiencing. SO MANY wonderful people stopped to help me. A woman who was walking behind me asked me if I was okay (before I started screaming) and phoned 911. Another woman got my wallet and phone and called my husband to let him know what happened. A man who says he was a fireman (or retired fireman … can’t remember) helped me get turned over and elevated my ankle. A woman holding her newborn baby said she was a nurse and was instructing people what to move and what not to move – asking me if I hit my head or not. And all these people helped and waited with me in the pouring rain!!! …

I wanna show y’all a Little something something and teach yea a lesson… What we got here is the control of a transit bus! I’m hoping everyone can recognize the peddles on the Roght side as the Gas peddle and th break peddle! But you might be like; Hey… Anaon… What are those Buttons on the left and what do they do!? Well Barrie Concerned Citizens members that’s what I’m here today to teach you! Those are our L/R turn indicators and high/low beam buttons! First let’s talk about H/L Beam… In advance, lemmme apologize if we ever forget to turn them off… We flick them often to try and find the Dark Bus Signs at night. Sometimes we will think we click them off and they won’t! So that is the Black button at the top! Those silver knobs on the Left and Right… We have to press and Hold them to indicate our intention… They don’t click on and click off, we have to keep our foot on them… So… What is the lesson? Did anyone loose a pet ferret? I know that’s a weird question but there is one in our backyard hanging out and he’s way to clean and friendly to not be someone’s pet. We are over on Buchanan street here is a video of him  Source
