A person on an eBike smashed my car windows, hurled profanities and racist slurs at me before fleeing the scene. 😡 📸 I managed to capture pictures and a video of the culprit, which have been shared with the Barrie Police. Our daughters cat was taken without her permission on August 28, 2023. Unfortunately the person who took him has given us several different versions of where he dumped him out of his car. He first said near the Barrie Country Club (St. Vincent and Hanmer) and then near the Barrie SPCA (Patterson and Tiffin).
