Does anyone know who can be contacted regarding the plaza at Grove with the Tim Hortons?

The lights on the far side of the plaza have been not working for at least two years and driving in there at night it’s incredibly dark. It’s hazardous to not only people who just dart out but also the pavement is in horrendous shape. You’d think for safety purposes they’d want to ensure there was functional lighting….
