Eugenia St last night – found this empty wallet on our front lawn this morning. Our locked car was rummaged, change taken, few minor items as well – found a long hard piece of plastic on backseat floor. No damage to doors or windows. Cameras say they were offline, no footage. Apparently thieves of convenience getting bolder!
