Just going to work down Bayfield and saw two guys having dumped bags of trash (from a city trashbin) onto the lawn of a business and going through it looking for items to keep …..then passed five points to several poor souls openly doing drugs on the streets. Those who say on this page that this is “normal” for any city…have obviously never lived in another city. Barrie has become a ghetto of in the past 2 years, sad but true.
