Once again the city of Barrie sidewalk plow has ripped up my lawn. I know it’s the boulevard but I still have to cut it. This is the third year this has happened and it’s only November. I had to fix it myself in May this year as the City never responded to my request to fix. Does anyone know who I can call to get the City to fix it before the snow hits? My city counsellor is useless. Never respond to my calls.
