This cat has been hanging around my building on codrington street he let me pet em. He doesnt seem like a stray tho black cat with almost like a white heart patch on his chest. Is anyone missing him cause hes been hanging out alot literally sitting in the driveway. Not sure if it’s a Male or female. You can tell it’s been out for a while it’s very thin. Myself and my neighbors have been leaving food and water. Does he belong to anyone ? Or look familiar.
