*UPDATE*
He has been picked up by animal control, so is safe at the ospca. Such a good boy he got to ride in the front seat.
Found this sweet guy on Carol rd. My neighbour is currently walking him up the street incase someone is out looking.
Otherwise he will be in my yard.
