*UPDATE* The owner has been found!
Found dog in the East End of Barrie, Napier Street/Puget Street. She is microchipped and we have been trying to locate her owners. We drove to the address on file, but were told that the owner hasn’t lived there for 2-3 years. We haven’t had any luck with the two phone numbers that were on file either. Anyone recognize this cutie?
