Since I got honked at today as I had to pass on the right hand side and cut over in front of a truck going 10 km under the speed limit. I feel as though a lot of people in Barrie need to learn this rule.  Peoples lack of awareness, lack of speed regulations (fast and slow) and lack of knowledge of the rules of the road is why there’s so many accidents in the city.  if you don’t actually know the rules of the road and you aren’t confident at driving please get off the road until you go to drivers training. Stay safe 😊
