Any reason we are the only ones on the road whose garbage and compost was not picked up? It wasn’t even opened so it was obviously not even touched. Was it too far from curb? lol I’m trying to figure out the reason. Nothing was heavier than usual. Who do you call in this situation?
Edit: called Emterra. They checked video and said it was driver error. They will come collect later or tomorrow morning.
