This pot hole that fills with water

This pot hole that fills with water (right next to a sewer grate) has been like this for 4+ years. There are so many elderly and handicapped folks on this street that I see try to maneuver around this and it makes me upset. Barrie please fix this. (Sophia St. and Drury Lane)
