Took a walk along the lake this evening and came across a set of BMW car keys

Took a walk along the lake this evening and came across a set of BMW car keys on a black lanyard with white writing on the path. Belonged to a white BMW parked in the old hooters parking lot and we turned the keys over to Barrie police. Hoping they get returned to the proper owner and happy they didn’t get into the wrong hands considering the area. Source

Yesterday August 21: on George Johnson Road between Sunnidale and highway 90

Yesterday August 21: on George Johnson Road between Sunnidale and highway 90 around 230pm my parents were driving a black Hyundai Elantra and a black GM pickup truck hit them from behind. The truck was going at a very high speed. They pulled over thinking he would stop but the black pickup truck continued driving and sped off resulting in a hit and run. My parents have noticeable damage to there vehicle and are sore, thankfully no major injuries. If anyone seen anything please comment and I will message you. Thanks Source

Hi everyone! My dog Brady went missing tonight at 6pm in the Hurst/Mill Creek

Hi everyone! My dog Brady went missing tonight at 6pm in the Hurst/Mill Creek Care Centre/Minets point area. My family and I + many kind others have been out looking and have had no luck. Someone spotted him in the Mill Creek care centre parking lot at about 730 but he has not been seen since. It has been raining and thundering all night so I know he is terrified, he has a lot of trauma as he is a rescue. If anyone sees him at all please call any of these numbers, and don’t try to get him because he will 100% run from strangers. Since this pub is not sincerely interested in taking accountability for their part of this altercation and continues to delete all comments or posts that are the actual truth given it reflects poorly on them here is the real story.. yes there was an altercation that Saturday night, I’m not sure if the man was asked to leave or not but he was alone when the fight first broke loose. He was jumped by at least 4 guys and 2 females who must be regulars as the bar’s security people did absolutely nothing to help the single man getting beat on by an entire group , shortly after his assumed family arrived (3 woman and atleast 2 minors) and tried to separate the man from the many people who were all hitting him. This lead to some full grown men out of the group of people who had started the fight throwing full punches on the poor women just trying to help de-escalate since this bar clearly wasn’t willing to lend any help and even a few hits were laid on the minors who had even shouted …

Hi all, Wanted to share a recent raccon expirience

Hi all, Wanted to share a recent raccon expirience. Last night we left our windows open, but screens closed for our kitchen windows, since it's so nice and refreshing when it rains to get a fresh breeze. There was a raccoon in the middle of the night the pierced a hole in the screen, and used its paws to open it and come in the kitchen. We know this because we have paw prints all over the kitchen. The worrisome part is that we don't know if the Racoon is still in the house or if it left. We have security cameras around the house but not the angel that the racoon would have entered from so we are unsure if the racoon islurking in the house. Does anyone have ideas of what to do? Also wanted to share because lately I've seen racoons go crazy in this area! I'm in the Ferndale south area. Lesson learned- don't sleep with out windows open, even if the screen door is closed:P Source
