Barrie transit revamp is making things worse. 3 same direction buses arriving within a 10min window? Delayed for 35mins? Solution is simple: add more buses. 3 buses per regular route and 2 for express is just not enough. Or try go express when delayed. Or just scrap the ToD and put them as “rescue” buses when you can’t make the schedule. At the end the ToD never comes either. Tried 4 times, and regular buses arrived earlier. Source
