Random question, does anybody know who to contact within the city to see if a certain park or area gets sprayed with pesticides or weed killers ? I have a park beside my house with amazing rasberry canes and I wanna pick the raspberries this year but I wanna make sure they werent sprayed with any chemicals first being within meters of a field?

Whike clearing leaves I found dozens of these growing in a spot I rarely go to in the summer. Google tells me that it is asparagus. Wouldn’t I have had to plant asparagus in order to get dozens more? Does anyone know what this is?
