So i am spending my morning with this handsome fellow in my backyard:) I do believe he is someone’s pet and not a stray because he does respond to commands, and he is wearing a collar it just doesn’t have an information tag. Found this sweet guy on Carol rd. My neighbour is currently walking him up the street incase someone is out looking.
