Happy Paddling …

Yesterday while paddeling, I was trying to pull in to remove some seaweed from my fin near the fountain @ Centennial Beach but apparently the people @ Happy Paddling believe they own the water in our bay 😮
They came out and chased me down right away even though I said I needed to stop there …
Nice people making a $$$ on our waterfront … Not !!! ☹️
