Just want to see if anyone recognizes this very sweet man (I think?) on Arthur Avenue, about midway down the street. He is very skinny, but friendly, immediately approached and let me pick him up. If I had access to a vehicle definitely would have taken him to get looked at đ hoping he is a senior cat whoâs just become a bit frail with age. I know outdoor cats is against bylaw and feeding them is likely very looked down upon but I hate the thought of this poor creature starving, if anyone here lives on the street and sees him, and is maybe able to secure him to take to spca I would be so happy to hear that â¤
