I have 2 bedrooms newly constructed, in the basement of my home. My family and I live in the house as well. Theres a separate entrance, kitchen, private separate laundry room, fireplace, all new flooring, and is completely newly renovated. It has a beautiful, brand new walk in shower, and brand new sinks and toilets too. It is also FULLY FURNISHED as well. It’s very spacious and has 2 bedrooms that would be suitable for 2 students in each room. They are fully furnished as well with a bunkbed in each room. I am listing the rooms at $500 per person or $1000 per room. No more than 2 people max in a room, no pets due to guard dog already on property.
