This wasp nest in our neighbors backyard that backs on to ours

This wasp nest in our neighbors backyard that backs on to ours. I want this taken care of, I cant even take my kids outside in the back because they are everywhere. I went and knocked on their door last night but didn’t answer. what do I do?
