Hi everyone. I am asking for help from anyone who may have information, accident photos, or dash cam footage of a 3 car accident that occurred on Monday, May 6th at around 3:40pm on Highway 400 NB near the Dunlop St W exit. A blue car (sedan like) came to a sudden complete stop in the right lane, and my father was just about able to stop in his SUV (seen in the first two pictures) just in time, but unfortunately the SUV (the third picture) behind him wasn't able to stop in time. My dad is not even sure he made contact with the car that stopped until he was rear ended by the car behind him. When my dad was hit from behind, his car pushed the blue car from behind and into the guard rail. Now, why am I asking for information or footage? Because the person in the blue car took off immediately and did not remain on scene. So please, if you are the person who caused the accident, please come forward.
