Hoping someone in the area has seen the driver or car that hit my brother. Was hit at 6:48 am on Sandringham dr adjacent to the church between commonwealth and PWW.
Also looking for a woman who was walking their dog around the area aswell as apparently she took down the cars license plate
Car and driver who we are looking for causing the damage
- Car: Black 4 door Honda Civic
-Damage to Civic: there would be damage on passenger front/side bumper, we do have the civics light cover.
-Driver description: Indian or middle Eastern guy, was little in stature
