Not Barrie but some of you may use this beautiful spring in Elmvale.. It’s absolutely disgusting to see this over and over again. Garbage everywhere, people using the newspaper box as their personal garbage can! This is a beautiful resource and it’s always trashed. You come to the spring in a car, put your garbage in your car or in your pocket, it’s not that hard! It’s your garbage, take it with you. Littering is a chargeable offence! Source

We found a tick on our dog, he's only been in our own backyard! He hasn't been to the park for the last week. We watched a video, with a Vet saying: he has seen more ticks in the last year, then he has seen combined over the last decade. They are everywhere, be sure to check you pets regularly. Source

( Which I found out was a little lady ) Everyone who commented and took the time to message me to help and give me any type of knowledge and the numerous different resources was super helpful and I wanted to say Thank you to each and everyone of you! This group really does wonders and is super amazing! Very happy to be apart of it! **edit** most consensus is that it was a helicopter (I agree, after all, it did sound like one). But why was it flying so low at 1:30 in the morning? ------- We were woken up around 1:30 last night to what I thought was a low flying helicopter. Checked the doorbell camera this morning and now I can't help but wonder if it was a meteorite. Haven't seen anything in the news yet, and it doesn't really look like a helicopter - so I'm not sure now 🤷 Anyone else here or see this last night? Source
