I’m helping a family friend and hoping for some feedback. There is a senior female (80’s) looking for a condo like Amica Little Lake that has lots of amenities but there’s also medical assistance, concierge, good social activities and a positive environment. She is still quite independent but mobility is causing more issues as time goes on. Looking for recommendations from people who have loved ones who are or have experience in these facilities. Fortunately, money isn’t an issue for them which helps. Lifelease or purchase. Thanks.
