She is known to frequent Downtown Barrie area and was seen yesterday afternoon near 80 Bradford St. wearing a blue Maple Leafs sweater, a blue reversable puffer vest, jeans, black running shoes and possibly with a blue suitcase. Was hit at 6:48 am on Sandringham dr adjacent to the church between commonwealth and PWW. Also looking for a woman who was walking their dog around the area aswell as apparently she took down the cars license plate Car and driver who we are looking for causing the damage - Car: Black 4 door Honda Civic -Damage to Civic: there would be damage on passenger front/side bumper, we do have the civics light cover. -Driver description: Indian or middle Eastern guy, was little in stature Source
